Hi, I’m Breahnna,

The heart behind Ratu Visuals. I’ve always believed the most beautiful moments are the ones that don’t last forever. A quiet breath, a fleeting glance, a burst of laughter that fades as quickly as it arrives. Photography gives me a way to hold onto them, to honour the feeling long after the moment has passed.

My love for storytelling began with my grandmother, the matriarch of my family. She taught me that connection is sacred, that every life holds stories worth remembering. Her strength and grace continue to guide the way I see the world, with softness, curiosity and care.

Ratu Visuals was born from that vision. It’s a space for truth, emotion and memory, where every photograph becomes a reflection of what it means to love and to be seen.

  • To book, simply fill out the contact form by clicking here with your preferred date and the type of session you're interested in. From there, we’ll chat through your vision, location, and any specific details you’d like included. Once confirmed, I’ll send through a booking email with everything you need to secure your session and start planning together.

  • Yes, a small non-refundable retainer of $200 is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your date. This confirms your session in my calendar and allows me to begin planning with you. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session, and flexible payment options are available if needed. My goal is to keep the process simple, stress-free, and accessible for every family and couple I work with.

  • Absolutely. Every story, event, and season of life is different. If one of my packages doesn’t perfectly suit your day or budget, we can adjust things like coverage time, the number of images, or add-ons to create something that truly fits your needs. I’m always happy to work with you to build the right fit.

  • You’ll receive sneak peeks within 72 hours so you have a few favourite moments to enjoy right away. Full galleries are delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on the type of session and how busy the season is. Weddings may take a little longer due to the volume of images, but I’ll always keep you updated on your delivery timeline.

  • Once your session is booked, I’ll send you a welcome and styling guide with outfit suggestions, tips for choosing colours, and advice to help you feel comfortable and confident. You’ll also receive guidance on how to prepare your space (for in-home sessions), what to bring, and how to get the most out of your time in front of the camera. My goal is to create a relaxed experience where you can simply be yourselves.

  • You can choose a location that feels right for you, whether that’s your home, a favourite outdoor spot, or a studio-style setting. For newborn sessions, in-home sessions are often best, keeping things calm and comfortable for you and your baby. For maternity, family, or couples, outdoor golden-hour locations are beautiful, but I’m happy to suggest locations based on the look and feel you love.
